1. Service Description
PromptWeb ("Service") is a platform that allows users to create and manage websites through a Telegram bot interface. The Service uses AI models to generate and edit website content based on user instructions.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. User Accounts
- You must have a Telegram account to use the Service.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to create websites that contain:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Explicit pornographic content
- Illegal drug sales or promotion
- Weapons sales, explosives instructions, or terrorism
- Phishing, scam, or fraudulent pages
- Malware or hacking tools
- Hate speech, extremism, or discrimination
- Unlicensed gambling content
- Content promoting graphic violence
- Doxxing or unauthorized personal information
- Impersonation of organizations, brands, or government entities
- Any content that violates applicable laws
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.
5. Content Ownership
- You own the content you create using the Service.
- AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions.
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
6. Service Limitations
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
- We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI outputs, or data persistence.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
- Free tier usage is subject to rate limits and quotas.
6.1. AI Usage Quotas
AI processing limits are displayed in estimated word counts for user-friendliness. Word estimates are conservative approximations based on a 3.33 tokens-per-word ratio. Actual token usage varies by content type:
- Plain text: approximately 1.3-2 tokens per word
- HTML/CSS: approximately 2-3 tokens per word
- Code/JSON: approximately 2.5-4 tokens per word
Quota enforcement is based on actual token consumption as measured by AI model APIs. Our word estimates are intentionally conservative to minimize the risk of unexpected quota exhaustion.
7. Intellectual Property
The PromptWeb platform, its code, branding, and infrastructure are the property of the Service operators. Users retain ownership of their generated content subject to Section 5.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your sites may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the bot.
